Joining bazaars is one of the goals I wanted to accomplish last year but because of unavoidable circumstances I was not able to so when Kidsahoy offered a chance this year, I gladly accepted it. There was nothing to loose – me and Kidsahoy will benefit from it especially my daughter who will have all day to play in that wonderful place.

Here are some things I learned from my first bazaar:

  1. Be there early so you can choose a good place. This is very important especially if it’s a FREE bazaar. Good place, good sales :)
  2. Bring lots of change. Buyers pay in bills most of the time :)
  3. Wear a belt bag so your important things like cellphone especially your cash won’t get lost.
  4. Bring water or else you’ll end up consuming all your money in buying beverages.
  5. Bring the right stuff. Organizers will only provide you the generic table and chair. You don’t want to end up looking like the rest of the bazaaristas, right? Be creative! Grab the attention of your buyers by having the coolest trade show booths in the whole venue! Amaze your costumers with your table skirts to glamourize your tables! Also, invest in a durable banner stands – it really helps boost your sales and etch your brand in the minds of the buyers! Lastly, if your organizer allows it, bring pipe and drape so your booth will totally stand out from the rest.
