It was around 1998 when Digitel started to offer their services in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Back then their services already sucks – putting “sucks” to a whole new level, but it was understandable because they were just starting so broken lines were really inevitable.
Fast forward 2009, a decade later. They’re still offering the same kind of services that no consumer deserves. Below is the letter from my friend Razielle:

Dear Digitel,
Our phone and internet have been DEAD for more than half a month now. Your Customer Service Reps all tell us the same thing- there’s a report and the report will be escalated and that someone will come to fix it.
You use your stupid 24-month lock-in contract to trap poor customers in. I wonder if one day they’ll all realize that the best way to get out of it is for EVERYONE to just STOP paying their bills and bring their business somewhere else.
Your customer service reps are useless if you don’t hire more people to fix your damn lines. I will send my email to every single Digitel employee’s email I can find online. I have time to waste. I will not stop blogging about this. I will not stop emailing you people. I will keep calling your CSR.
Improve your services or close your business.
Razielle Ambat
dissatisfied customer who prays she doesn’t end up hurling her phone unit to the line men who will show up at her door (if they ever show up at all)

Pass the word everyone. Please.
