Author: I cooked dinner last night, a very unusual thing for a no-kitchen person like me. I bought “buto-buto” from the backbone portion of the pig and petchay to complete the ingredients. I was so excited that I prepared extra rice for hubby’s additional servings. I was so confident that he’ll love my sinigang heehee
I texted him immediately that I made dinner and was so proud and was even thrilled when he told me that he was so excited to go home.
He arrived late, around 10:50PM and was eager to eat his dinner. He enjoyed it I suppose but commented that it was nilaga, not sinigang. LOL
Sorry I ran short of the ‘pampa-asim’.
He enjoyed it nonetheless
