Yona already turned 4 years old last month and my friends already reminded me that this is the best time to give her a sibling. Why not? She would be 5 by then.

I just said No. Hubby said no.

You see I always go overboard when it comes to shopping for my baby, my husband says so. But everything for our babies, right? I just hope husbands would understand that. “Life is so hard these days” they would always say, but who says that life is a bed of roses? It is a constant struggle so might as well spend everything we have for our lovely babies!

Now on to pregnancy planning. In case I’d give birth next year, I already have some must-have items in mind. These are the things that a child cannot live without in my own honest opinion.

Crib – The baby can use Yona’s old crib. It’s one sturdy crib that she used for 2 years. A good painting job will do the trick and instead of white I am planning to paint it yellow or pink. A crib is very important especially in small house like ours. When Yona was little we used to just put her there with toys and all.

Pushchair – One important thing for a baby. We need this for malling purposes. We already gave out Yona’s pushchair so I need to buy a new one for the new baby. I choosing one I would definitely not buy those bulky ones. I only need the umbrella type ones for easy transportability.

Slings – I need it. Any mom with babies need it. Baby wearing is cool, you know. Enough said.

Nursing Covers – I will breastfeed my baby. Period. And hubby better believe it.

Digital cameras – to capture all those moments! I bought one when Yona was little and I am getting a new one again in case I’d get pregnant.

Toys – We already have a lot but we might buy one for the crib. With babies it is important that you choose toys with textures.

And aside from all of these, I still have to buy new clothes and feeding bottles for the little one. I prefer clothes and stuff with flowers in the design. Flowers or butterflies.

Is it not obvious that I want another baby girl?
