How can I lose weight when all I do is work, do FB and eat everyday. I don’t exercise because I don’t want to get tired and get sweaty all over. In fairness to me I only eat heavy meals twice a day, brunch and dinner BUT I consume a lot of ANYTHING in between. So anything + immobility = weight gain.
