This is hubby’s recipe but I enjoyed it a lot so I am sharing it with you.
As much as possible I veer away from seafood because I vomit each time I eat it. Good thing I can still eat squid and fish

Hubby’s Tomato-based Calamari with Cheese recipe is just a very simple one yet made tasty with Kraft Eden Cheese.
Ingredients:
Squid, peeled, cut into strips and head removed (can’t find the exact term!)
Native Tomatoes, cubed
Onions
Garlic
Cheese
Finely minced dried garlic
1. Sautee onions first and add garlic. Mix until its color turn golden brown.
2. Add the cubed native tomatoes.
3. Add the squid.
4. Add salt and paper pepper. (sheer stupidity!)
5. Let it simmer for at least 5 minutes. Don’t overcook the squid or else it will harden.
6. Add grated cheese and finely minced dried garlic on top.
Put in the oven to melt the cheese if desired.
