The Adidas miCoach is an Interactive Personal Coaching and Training System. It is your personal coach. So just like a human coach, it chooses training plans based on your heart rate and speed and tracks your workout progress. It also gives you coaching feedback and you’ll get to monitor your running progress.
The Adidas miCoach Gear is available in two devices:

These are the guys who joined the challenge. The first prize winner who got himself a new Adidas miCoach Gear finished 2.8K in 10 minutes! He must have taken a lot of vitamins for men before joining the challenge! Bloggers Jeff Aspacio and Arvin Ello also joined the challenge.

Too bad I was not able to join the launch. I am sleepy for I had joined BDO race that day; and have a run the following day too.
Cool sana yung running events sa The Fort kaya lang too far from Caloocan. Kaya pag may running event sa MOA or Roxas Blvd. lang kami sumasali.
I respect your honesty and your opinion. I’m a man. I never read comic books. I don’t know if i could have pointed to Iron Man in a lineup of comic book characters. And i don’t particularly like movies based on comic books. BUT I love Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges, so i decided to give the movie a chance.
