Yesterday, the Adidas miCoach Gear was formally launched in RUNNR, Bonifacio High Street, The Fort.

The Adidas miCoach is an Interactive Personal Coaching and Training System. It is your personal coach. So just like a human coach, it chooses training plans based on your heart rate and speed and tracks your workout progress. It also gives you coaching feedback and you’ll get to monitor your running progress.

The Adidas miCoach Gear is available in two devices:
