For some reasons, I couldn’t force myself to forget the comment I receive on one of my posts earlier this week. I should be moving on by now, but something inside pushes me to blog about it.

Okay, it was about my Good Housekeeping photo. As I have said, I am no celebrity so seeing myself in one full page of a local magazine is such a big deal to me and I guess people who have the same stature like mine would be proud of themselves as well. C’mon, you don’t see yourself (all made up!) in a magazine everyday, right? But there are just some who are happy bursting other people’s bubble.

It’s rude and she never thinks it at that.

She said something like I saw you in a mag blah blah blah. You’re pretty but me thinks you’ll be prettier if you shed off some weight”something to that effect.

For me, it is disrespectful to comment on a person’s weight because it is simply rude and I think it’s none of anyone’s business.

In the end, she revealed that she was a wellness coach wanting to HELP  me on my weight. FAIL.

Is this her way of marketing her services? She just can’t go around and comment on other people’s weight, right? Why not build a website and share her weight loss success stories there so she won’t be hurting other people’s feelings.

I stand 5’6″ and weighs 148 lbs. therefore I AM NOT OVERWEIGHT. Satisfied?

…and yeah, I saw you on Facebook. You’re slim but hmmm I think you need…nahhh…you lack…nevermind. Forget it.
